I'll put up a guide of ways to get money in JD.
There are 4 types of possibilities that I will explain.
- Lazy players
- Hard working players
- AFK playing (invigorate)
- Refining (for the rich players)
Making money for lazy players
- Buy some Jaden in the cash shop with real money, and get rich in no-time !
If you like to gamble your luck, buy the lotto and hope you get a awesome item that everybody pays for.
Else, go to the TR and say you sell jadens. for example 1J for 1,3k. The person will have to tell you what item he wants from the shop, and per 1 jaden it will cost him 1,3k. Example : If he buys a astrolable recharger for 2,5Jaden he will pay 1,3x2,5= 3,25k
You can also make a stall and sell items you already bought in the shop.
- Ask a friend, or a alliance member to powerlevel you. Most people will have their party settings on rotate, and you will get highlvl provision which you can sell to a NPC
Making money, and working for it
There are a few events that can help you alot, if you are willing to work for it !
- Poem Event
- Fishing daily
- Treasure hunt
The poem event :
12:20 - 14:20 and 20:00 - 22:00 in Realm 15 outside of sunstream.
You will need to find "ghosts" killing them picking up books and then finding other books to complete the set.

Treasure hunt :
Depending on your level and bagsize (you will need atleast 20 slots free in your bag) you can do this.
You may pick up this quest from the Sky Dweller in Sunstream City. You will either need a Skyblade, a ride from someone who has one, or a Portal Charm to the top of his head in order to pick up and turn in the quest.
The main quest requires you to kill a Celestial Vangaurd ten times. The Vanguard will be in the area of your level range, and you can just click on the quest link to run to the one you need to kill. You will get some gold when you complete it.
The best way is to just sell the mapfragments right away since even if you get on the right spot, there's only a 20% chance that you're on the right location.
Making money overnight
Another great way to make money is to put up your esper during the night and sell the provisions when you wake up.
If you are below level 90, you should go to tanis ka in sunstream and get your free double exp and 8H buffs ! These will make sure you do not get so much dammage, and your attacks are stronger.
Buy some HP and SP pots, and go to a area where the mobs are pink. You will get a nice ammount of exp, and after 8-10 hours you will have about 5/10G from drops alone.
Then sell all your provisions to the NPC, that also gives you some extra gold. (provisions make the most money, so i recommend not picking up the other stuff)
Tip : Setting your bag to pick up only provisions.
When you have equipped your esper, press the invigorate details button (1.)
Choose "Only pick up" in the pick up settings (2.)
Click on the "Quick setting" button (3.)
Click on "provisions" LV1 is good enough, it will pick up all items with a higher level than the setting level. (4.)
and click on done.

Refining
You can also refine gear for others. However, you will need some money to be able to start refining.
If you already have quite a nice ammount of money, i will recommend this, cause you can make about 10K to even 30K profit (if ur a bit lucky).
I do recommend doing this only for ascended 120+ gear, since normal gear isn't that expansive anymore, and almost nobody needs it.
